Real clinical records show changes over time using myofunctional approaches and, where indicated, appliances.

Reduced overjet over time

An increased overjet at age eight is shown at the initial record, an intermediate review and the July 2026 follow-up. The source notes use of a myofunctional appliance and a reported change to nasal breathing.

Frontal dental progress

The supplied records show the frontal bite before treatment and at review after OMT and Myobrace. The source notes that profile goals remained to be considered.

Anterior open bite

The records show an anterior open bite initially and its closure by December 2025. The treating clinician noted that expansion could then be considered.

Arch development and ongoing care

The source records describe changes in arch form after OMT, further bite changes with OMT and Myobrace, and later use of an appliance to manage space and midline. Eruption of the upper left central incisor remained under review.
