You are about to learn Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT) and
Tethered Oral Tissues (tongue, lip and buccal ties) from one of Australia’s most experienced myofunctional dentists and laser surgeons.

Dr Dan has been using Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT) in clinical practice over 15 years.

He has learned the theory and practical aspects from the best OMT educators in the business and has successfully incorporated OMT into busy dental practices and knows how hard it can be to make it work. Dr Dan can provide the solutions to making it work effectively.


What Dan brings to the world of OMT education is direct experience of introducing successful OMT programs into 6 different dental practices, as well as mentoring hundreds of health professionals over many years.

In short, Dan knows what works and what doesn't work and how to implement it into clinical practice.

The Myofocus “Take Off’ algorithms program is easy to follow and highly effective and has been taught in Australia, USA, Japan, and Malaysia. Now it's time for Indonesia.

 

You will download 180 different OMT treatment prescriptions which correspond to 180 different dysfunction codes. The hard work is done for you.

All you need to do is have the skill to diagnose the dysfunction and learn how to use the algorithm system.

IAOM eligibility – become a certified OMT (COMT)

  • this 28-hour course is eligible for IAOM Active membership and certification enrolment
  • complete this course then apply to become a Certified Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist (COMT) with the IAOM
  • you may still practice OMT prior to becoming a COMT and becoming a COMT is an option for you – simply use the certificate we provide to you after the course when you apply to the IAOM. For more information about this process see IAOM CERT

Course materials are accessible from September 1st 2025. Within 30 days of the course ending access will end. Please ensure you download all materials within this time-frame.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made within 30 days of the course date will not be eligible for a refund. If a cancellation is made more than 30 days prior, a refund will be issued minus a 10% administration fee.
